All services are subject to applicable fees. Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit, and debit cards.
Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage. We offer direct billing services for most insurances, however for the insurances that we are not able to provide direct billing, it is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that claims are submitted in a timely manner.
